How can the math calculate the variables in cultivating plants as a revenue generator and nation investment program?

3. Present
This is a formalized plan for presentment given market research, project management planning, risk analysis and feasibility assessments in respect of securing project financing. The presentation offers the details of how the nation and community generates the revenues and how proceeds are distributed according to the needs analysis and customized plan deemed to work (be feasible).
4. Build
The partnership is solidified through secured financing to build to plan. Support and finances exist, so its time to make the Creator proud through fruitful purposeful meaningful pursuits that will make lives better.
5. Manage
The customized plan has built the supported vehicles. Now, its managing what has been built which will likely include a specialized education based around our fundamentals of human being through culture and connection to life care of the Creator.
6. Optimize
The plan and devised program works. People are happy. Chief and council are revered for their decisions to community betterment. The culture around the program is supported. What lessons were learned? How can those lessons be applied to make the next program better?
7. Replicate
New innovations built upon aspects that worked well and some that could use improvements to make the next system and model better. The intent or purpose is to get each nation self sufficient through plant cultivation systems as a necessity to assure food security and basic needs for a nation of people.
