What does the future of food cultivation look like?

What to Grow, Why, How, Where?

1.  THE RESEARCH

How does a plant produce its phytochemical profile?  As people are products of the environment, so are plants. The air, the temperature, the humidity, the soil or media, the water, the quality of the lights all have an impact on plants.  It was this fascination with plant phytochemistry for human health and nutrition that helped isolate cultivars and cultivation processes to develop curriculums and presentments to schools and industry.

2.  THE SCIENCE

A formal education in plants offers advanced insights into plants cultivated for nutritional ingestion.   Breaking down the variables in plant cultivation to determine optimal cultivar growth and development.

3.  THE MATH

When building out the plant research, conducting market research, preparing the business plans and feasibility study, a calculator was designed that calculates the math around the science, construction and cultivation based on input variables. This proprietary calculator will determine project feasibility quickly to identify areas of weakness towards project viability.

THE ACCOUNTING

When building out the platforms for research and business planning, the calculator developed is advanced to produce the accounting proforma to determine costs of goods sold, operational expenses, costs of debt, procurements, construction costs, margins, etc.  This will determine break-evens, margins, profits, and lending innovation requirements along with grants and subsidies to determine project viability.
